General pot, essential oil or butter (choose one or add half of each), corn kernels, are all 1:1 flat on the bottom! (It can be based on the measuring spoon at home, and the amount of corn is the bottom of the pan.) After all the ingredients are put into the pot, turn on a small fire and shake it from time to time. You can stir it with chopsticks until the first one bursts, and you can add it to the popcorn. Put in the sugar, you can put more if you like, (don't put it early, the oil and sugar will burn very quickly when heated) and cover the pot completely, otherwise it will all fly out of the pot! Then you can hear the sound of a rapid explosion, and when the speed of the sound slows down, you can leave the fire.
Cool for a few seconds, otherwise there will be popcorn that splashes out from time to time, or you can let the residual heat pop the unpopped ones again, and then you can boil the pot.
Note: When the sound slows down, you have to leave the fire. Don't be reluctant to let it explode below. Don't stay on the fire for too long, so it will be completely mushy.
In the early days of popcorn processing, corn (many grains and grains are available) were heated in a special container, so that the corn was under high temperature and high pressure, the temperature in the pot continued to rise, and the gas in the pot was heated. pressure is also increasing.
Then there was a loud "bang", the lid of the machine was opened, the corn was suddenly released under normal temperature and pressure, the gas in the pot expanded rapidly, and the pressure quickly decreased, making the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the corn kernels larger, resulting in the inside of the corn kernels. The high-pressure water vapor also expands rapidly, instantly popping the corn kernels, that is, popcorn, and at the same time, the internal structure and properties of the corn will change.
Most of the popcorn is basically popcorn popped from popped corn after simple heating. The processing container is no longer an early "converter", so it also avoids the harm caused by lead.
